Law of Attraction
To put it simply, the Law of Attraction (LOA) states that we attract into our lives what we put out in to the Universe. This is what we put out there on a consistent emotional, visceral basis will eventually show up in our experience.
What is Law of Attraction coaching anyways? It is just like life coaching but, based on the inspiration of the principles of the Law of Attraction. It is based on the premise that we attract into our lives what we vibrationally/energetically give out! When we are happier in life, things in our life goes smoother and flow better. When we are feeling stressed we can't attract ease. When we get to a calm or lighter place in our body, that energy shows up in all areas of our life. Incorporated into this is the foundation of mindfulness. We need to align first inside, to get the more joyful or successful life.
When we think healthy thoughts, we will "attract" beautiful situations and healthy people. When we believing we are unworthy, guess what happens?! We attract situations that are a match to that low energy. Whether we are in stress or in laughter, we are pulling to us with the energy we give out, often subconsciously, hence we create cycles in our lives.
