Q: Hello everybody. Hello Abraham, Esther, Jerry. I want to continue the discussions about cravings that the gentleman brought up last recording. Not food cravings. But for me, it's about gossip. Gossip seems such an entrenched human behavior. And when I do it, initially it feels good, you know. I make alliances, I feel superior. And then, I feel ashamed. And I think, what would my inner being think? Would I like to be gossiped about? And then I equate it to like a drug add

Our sole job is to find thoughts that feel good, and thus align with the energy of Source, and our inner being. Thoughts that take longer to pivot mean that we have add a lot of air time and focus and the thoughts compounded. At this point the only process would be to get off the trouble some thought back up and go more general, to reach for thoughts that lift your mood when you think them.

Even if we as children or adults were trained away from our inner guidance, and following our own authentic joy one can get back to that pure state of being. Prioritize feeling good above all else. That is the path to genuine love, to truth, to being at peace within yourself. It is impossible to please others, that's exhausting, that was not what each of us was born to do.
