Abraham on Body ... Good feeling body.

We're going to read one or two for you here.
Q: “I'm living with what's considered a chronic illness.”
A: So we're just going to insert here. A manifestation. Pretty steady, chronic. And I’m living with it.
Q: “And it is in my awareness most of the time.”
A: That's why it keeps staying there.
Q: “I can't stop noticing what is, or so it seems. I want to feel better. I want to improve my condition, and maybe even heal completely.”
A: Now, there's where the rub is. Now, hear this. “I want to feel better.” So that would be looking into the vortex because the vortex does feel better. Your inner being is in the vortex, and your inner being is there where your wellness is, and your inner being does feel better. So you say, “I want to feel better.” That's looking for it in the vortex, where what you want is. Looking for it where it is.
You said, “improve my condition.” But now you're looking back at the physical manifestation. So you just contradicted, you just split your energy. “And maybe even heal completely.” Now you're looking at the illness that you’re wanting to overcome. You're getting this, aren't you? You all are.
If you're looking for how you want to feel, it's easy to find it in the vortex. If you're looking for healing, find the healing by looking for how you want to feel. If you're looking to improve your condition, now it's dicey. But if you're looking to feel better, now you are finding the condition, because you're looking for the vibrational equivalent of the feeling.
When you’re efforting, when you're trying to change the condition to improve the feeling, that's what's messing you up. All of you.
You go on. “Out of all of the processes that you teach, which would be the best for me to focus on right now?”
Easy existing matches. Meditation is always a good one. Because when you quiet your mind, you're not fussing over what's going wrong. So meditation is always good because it quiets your mind. But easy existing matches, looking for what I'm wanting to see.
And sometimes what’s manifesting has piled up on you. And it's hard to find an easy existing match. But you can always find one in the vortex.
“I know that my inner being’s in the vortex.” Do you? I believe that my inner being feels good. My inner being’s in the vortex feeling good. My inner being is feeling good because my inner being’s in the vortex, where everything I want is.
What is it that I want that's in there? Good feeling body. Vitality. Pep in my step. Takes a little practice, but you can get there for sure. You can get there for sure.
