Abraham talks on meditation. But there are many ways to meditate, one must find the best way that works for them. Meditation helps us relax back into a general lighter state of being. Writing can be a meditation, walking in nature, sitting in a coffee shop reading can be meditative. It helps us step back from a problem so we can find inner clarity, or inner peace. It is about defocusing on what is so big, to find a more aligned place of wellbeing.
So we can come back home to ourselves, and then take inspired action, that is in alignment with what one put into their vortex. Action from a place of trying to control a condition never feels fulfilling, or very satisfying. So one needs to meditate at least 15 (I like 20) minutes a day, to get intune with the solutions that are being held by Source.
